Humpday.....um....

Well, its Wednesday once again, Ive managed to get over the hump and am ready for the slide to the weekend.....not alot happening as usual...its extremely windy today, about 50 mph or so...we may be getting snow tomorrow...happy spring eh?? My old dog isnt doing to well as of late, I think her old age is finally catchng up to her...I'm worried about her and I'm stuck here for another 3 hours..sigh....mortality sucks, and is inevitable....I am going to try to do a little geocaching this weekend, but I wont hold my breath...we'll see... I have been reading buddhist teachings lately and have been trying to have a positive attitude, but I've been in a bad mood this week for some reason.  It seems liek whenever i get in a good mood, something always goes wrong...I'll try again I guess.  I hope some much needed changes happen this summer, because, I dont think I can handle the monotony, tedium and boredom much longer... til next time...

Tis Tuesday once again and exactly at 10:54 am!!!!! absolutely nothing happened......story of my life i guess......oh well, I woke up in a good mood for a change, so I hope it'll last through the day...I'm trying to be positive no matter what life throws at me but its difficult some times....I hope the summer brings some much needed changes...we shall see.....until next time..

Sunday happenings...

Not a real exciting Sunday, as usual...I finished my laundry, sat in the back yard for a bit seeing as it as it was such a georgeous day. If i had money I would have gone somewhere :P  I finally got my gps maps and software and firmware updated Sunday evening, and i even grabbed some coordinates from geocaching.com for local caches...I cant wait to find my first geocache, perhaps this week sometime, or maybe Saturday, depending on whats happening.  I got to tal to a good friend of mine in texas Sunday afternoon. A family of absolutle pigs destroyed his rental property, so he has been busy trying to repair all the damage and hopefully sell the place befpre too long, I wish him the best of luck, and I wish I was there to help him.  I wish I was anywhere but here, this town and this state are slowly driving me insane....oh well......until next time...

Sunday....eh...

Well, Its Sunday once again, that means tomorrow is.....no, please dont say it.....well alright....Minday....  The weekends seem to go so fast. We had company friday night and ended playing cards until well after midnight, which was nice. They brought Guiness so I ended having a good time =) btw, WVU Mountaineers beat Kentucky to move on to the final four!!!! woo-hooo!!!! the final four starts next Saturday, it looks like they wil be playing Duke.......gonna be a difficult game but i think they will win...hoping so anyway =) It was too cold to mess with garden this weekend, hopefully i can do something with it this coming week, and I am going to update the maps etc on my GPS this evening and get ready for geocaching!! never done it as I said before but I should have alot of fun =) til next time....

Friday!!!!

Its friday once again, and I am SOOO looking forward to this weekend!!! my foot still hurts, but is feeling better, I need the next two days off to rest, been on ym feet constantly all week due to downsizing our store and repositioning all the shelves etc.  I am hoping to get started on my garden this weekend, re-organizing  my bedroom a bit...too much crap too little space...oh well, and I am also looking forward to getting started on more leather, and jewelry projects finally. I have been trying to sell handmade basic jewelry on etsy, under thebeastofold and occasionally ebay, under same name, have'nt sold anything yet, but I'm still positive.  I recently bought some much needed leather partd and supplies so I am eager to get started again, I am going to make some different shaped key fobs and maybe a few leather bracelets etc and see how that goes, if I sell those i can afford to buy the leather I need to start making messenger bags and the like, I'm also going to start makeing basic medicine bags that go around the neck, hopefully thoe will do well online as well.  I am also looking forward to doing some geocaching for the first time, I dug my gps's out of the black hole of overgaard...AKA my closet and i think i need to update the maps in one, and re-learn how to use the other one....its going to be a fun summer here for a change and i hope my foot and health wil be able to handle it...I'll make it fun if it kill sme ;) on a lighter note.....WVU Mountaineers men won again last night!!! woo-hoo...I'd love to see them go all the way...heres to hopeing (crosses fingers) well, its finally lunch time here and i'm running out of stuff to say so.....until next time....

well well, its Thursday already, that means, tomorrow...is FRIDAY yay! as always i'm looking forward to the weekend, hopefully the weather will cooperate and i can start getting my garden ready.  The WV Mountaineers play tonight as well, and as always i wish them the best of luck... other than that...not much else to mention... I guess thats the curse of living in a small nowhere town.BBBBOOOOORRRIINNGGG!!!

Ive had a lovely couple of days....Ive got a healing sprained right ankle, I tweaked my left hip monday...thakn you monday :P and NOW, Icve got a gout attack in my left foot.....sigh.....havent slept for 2 days or so...Ive lost count....but at least they announced Tequila is good for you now!!!!! WOO HOO!!! Margarita friday is coming up in 3 days..cant wait!!! all this misery ive had hobbling around these last few days have given me a more positive attitude on life....hey..it could be worse....ya gotta count yer blessings when ya got em.... til next time =)
